Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your order from us. To help with your satisfaction and confidence we offer a zero quibble returns policy on any items that are damaged or faulty and you notify us within 14 days of receipt.

However please understand the following clearly. Any item that is personalised is not eligible for return unless faulty. Therefore we ask you to check the details relating to any aspect that you are choosing to personalise very carefully. If the personalisation contains errors and those errors are not our fault then the item is not eligible for return.

Returns are made at your expense and once refunded your chosen name will be removed from the Universal Star Registry. We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery method and retain proof as we are unable to refund any returns that do not arrive with us.
