Prices and Methods

Our shipping prices vary depending on the level of service the you require. Please note not all services are available for all products. We offer next day UK delivery on all products ordered before 1PM.

Royal Mail 1st class delivery £2.95
Guaranteed UPS Next Day Delivery on Orders before 1pm £6.95

Free UK Royal Mail First Class Delivery available on orders over £50.

Delivery times

Delivery times do vary depending on the product and shipping option you choose. We recognise that our products are often purchased as gifts so it is important to leave enough time for delivery.

The cut off time for guaranteed next day delivery is 1pm and any order placed after 1pm may go the following day.

Shipping conditions

We are reliant on our postal providers to ensure your delight at your order and have chosen the providers based on their quality of service. We accept that from time to time things may go wrong. If you have a problem with your order please email us with your order number and details of the issue you have and we will do our utmost to resolve all issues as quickly and easily as possible.

Returns

We want you to be 100% happy with your order from us. To help with your satisfaction and confidence we offer a zero quibble returns policy on any items that are damaged or faulty and you notify us within 14 days of receipt.

However please understand the following clearly. Any item that is personalised is not eligible for return unless faulty. Therefore we ask you to check the details relating to any aspect that you are choosing to personalise very carefully. If the personalisation contains errors and those errors are not our fault then the item is not eligible for return.

Returns are made at your expense and once refunded your chosen name will be removed from the Universal Star Registry. We recommend all returns are sent by a recorded delivery method and retain proof as we are unable to refund any returns that do not arrive with us.
