Will the parcel require a signature?
Yes. All our recorded parcels are despatched with a tracking number and require a signature on delivery. We cannot specify a time of delivery and therefore many customers choose to take delivery at a work address or another address where someone can sign for your parcel during working hours. This can be specified during the checkout process.

All our star packages are now availble for International Delivery, Parcels to the EU prcies start from £7.00, Rest of the world prices start at £9.00 |

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders for the Basic Package are despatched on a next day basis.
All deluxe Packages are despatched within 5 working days (to allow for personalised engraving details).
Delivery can take upto 3 days to arrive from despatched date depending on the delivery option you select. See below for more info:
